They are very different. The main difference is corporate sessions are highly-customized for my clients’ specific needs. Group sessions are more informal and unfiltered — similar to talking to an old friend.
Most teenagers would be fine in the adult group sessions. Think of it like a PG-13 movie. Just make sure you sit in with them.
