Life can feel overwhelming at times. Anxiety, depression, relationship strain, identity strain, identity questions, or major life transitions can leave you feeling stuck — as if the story of your life is being written for you instead of by you. 

I believe therapy should be a space where you feel seen, respected, and understood — not judged or “fixed.” My work as a therapist is grounded in Narrative Therapy, an approach that helps you examine the stories you’ve inherited about yourself and the world, and intentionally shape the stories you want to live into. 

Together, we’ll create room for new perspectives, new possibilities, and new ways of relating to yourself and others.
